For those that don’t know what this transmission is; it’s a ZF 8 speed automatic transmission, 8 transmission modes available, from super smooth auto mode, automatic race mode with user configurable shift points and full manual mode, which we control with a DCT sequential shifter or the paddles we have mounted on the steering wheel. We can also setup the virtual clutch meaning you can press the clutch pedal in, adjust the grab point to where it feels right (within the software) and drive the car like it’s a manual, and use the clutch in to disengage the transmission for handbrake use and clutch kicks while drifting.
